May 17: 6PM - 10PM for the informal get together we have arranged for a hotel suite and the use of the hotel lounge area.  When arriving at the hotel ask the front desk for the Pasadena Academy suite.

May 18: 10 AM we will tour our alma mater.  We will meet at the site of the Pasadena Academy building.  Plan to take a walking tour of Pasadena Academy (now Judson International School) and the Pasadena College Campus (now William Carey International University).  Provide your own transportation.  Try to carpool.

2 PM Main event is lunch at Clearman’s North Woods Inn, 7247 N. Rosemead Blvd., San Gabriel, CA, telephone # 626-286-3579. Please bring any memorabilia that you would like to share with all of us to this main event:  photos, yearbooks, programs, etc. Please label with your name.  There will be a table provided for memorabilia.

Lunch menu: 
Ham Sandwich
Regular North Woods Inn Hamburger
Special Chef Salad or Cobb Salad (with or without meat, cheese or egg)
Sandwiches served with rice and a small green salad with blue cheese dressing
Beverage (coffee, tea, milk or soft drink)
Dessert (cake)

May 19:  Plan your own breakfast with alumni. We plan on attending a Sunday morning church service.  We will let you know which church at the May 18 luncheon. Please provide your own transportation.  Try to carpool.

Cost per person:  $40 will pay for the main event on May 18: a sit down lunch in a private room, center pieces for each table, music and a small remembrance gift of our reunion and some misc. expenses.

Hotel Information: You will need to arrange for your own hotel or make plans to stay with family or friends in the area if that is available for you.  Reserve with plenty of lead time.

Deadline for payment has been extended. Please get your payment to us as soon as you can so we can give the North Woods Inn a count for the 2PM lunch on May 18th.

Please send your check as soon as possible and no later than March 15, 2013 so we can give the North Woods Inn a count for the 2 PM lunch on May 18th.  Please make your luncheon selection at this time and let us know.

Limited RV Parking available at William Carey International University (The old Pasadena College campus) for $20 per night, water and electric only.  It's basic and has no frills.

Dress casual with comfortable shoes for our campus tour, also dress casual for the informal get togethers and the North Woods Inn luncheon.  Dress as you normally would for church on Sunday.
