Empowering Leadership - Engaging Others in the Mission

 The magnetism of a good leader or leadership team is hard to ignore and often begs the question, how could I/we achieve the same?  This course provides insight into your personal leadership capacities and an examination of the characteristics of an empowering pastor/leader.  Join instructors from PLNU’s schools of Theology and Business to consider how to increase the leadership potential in your congregation.
