Strengths 101 - Advocate Training
Have you attended a Strengths Summit and wondered what the next step could be?
Advocate Training 101 brings strengths to the next level – helping others identify and use their talents. The goal of this training is two-fold. The first portion focuses on building your personal strengths knowledge (based on Gallup, Inc.'s StrengthsFinder Inventory). The second half of the training is geared towards identifying and applying tools for strengths-based ministry in a church context.
