Biblical Studies

School of Theology and Christian Ministry

Did you know that the best-selling book of all-time is the Bible? If you have a passion for the Bible and an appreciation for close-reading and research, you're the perfect candidate for a biblical studies major!

At the School of Theology and Christian Ministry, we want to share with you the tenets of Christian history, theology, and spirituality. With majors in biblical studies, Christian ministry, philosophy, and philosophy/theology, you'll develop your critical-thinking, time-management, and organizational skills. You'll study the text's historical exegesis and discover how you can apply what you learn in the classroom to your experiences in the world. You'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself locally in churches for internships and globally in mission settings. Your biblical studies major will also prepare you for graduate school and seminary.
