Overview

PLNU offers both a major and a minor in computer information systems through the Department of Mathematical, Information, and Computer Sciences. You'll get practical experience through internships with local companies and nonprofit organizations in areas including systems administration, web programming, and software engineering. If you major in computer information systems, you will also benefit from accomplished faculty who conduct research with current students in areas such as artificial intelligence, web applications development, and student learning.
