Overview

PLNU offers a public address concentration in its communications major. After gaining an understanding of basic communication - whether it's person to person, in a small group setting, or via a speech or debate - you'll delve into nonverbal communication, the history and theories of communication, the role communication plays in society, and the art of persuasion.

In the public address concentration, you'll focus on oral interpretation, public and professional speaking, and acting.
