Registration Form: 2012-2013 POS Program

To register for Perspectives on Science (POS), please complete the registration form below. The $80 registration fee covers all eight events for the year (pre-seminar refreshments, seminars and catered dinners).  You may pay via credit, debit or checkcard on our secure CashNet System https://commerce.cashnet.com/BIOLOGY (you may do this right after you preview and submit the registration form since the information is also listed on the Thank You page) or you may send a check made payable to “PLNU-POS”. Please note: Due to logistical constraints, only the first one hundred persons who complete the registration process (including payment of the $80 registration fee) will be guaranteed acceptance into the Program.
