Background

Donna began her lifelong pursuit of music with piano lessons at age six and organ lessons in high school  She is in her twentieth year as a Music Specialist at the prestigious Warren-Walker School in Point Loma for grades Pre-K to fifth grade. She has also taught at Yamaha Music and Kindermusik and accompanied and/or directed San Diego City School Honor Choirs.   She taught at PLNU from 1999-2005 and has resumed teaching with us again.

In addition to her teaching schedule, Donna has been an organist and choir director in San Diego Churches for thirty-six years.  She is also grateful for the opportunities to play on organs in the United Kingdom and Europe including the Thomaskirche where Bach spent his last twenty-seven years.

Donna is a true Southern Californian.  She got to march in the Rose Parade (twice) during her high school years and she is one of the few people in San Diego who can claim to be a "native" and can also claim that she has lived here her entire life.  Clearly Donna knows not to mess with a good thing.
