Welcome from the Dean

More Than The Bottom Line, Business Education to Change the World.

This is more than just a motto at the Fermanian School of Business.  It is lived out daily in our classrooms through the efforts of a highly qualified faculty who consider their work a vocation...not merely a "job."

It is evidenced by our commitment to develop the highest quality learning environment.  We hope you have the opportunity to visit our campus and the excellent learning facilities of The Fermanian Business School...and our beautiful surroundings overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

We are committed to continuous improvement and to providing an education that challenges you to think and is also immediately applicable to the organizational workplace.

We continue to increase our commitment to preparing you to live and contribute in a world that increasingly demands a global mindset from our graduates.

You will find a strong connection between the wide variety of educational programs in the FSB, and experiential opportunities such as networking, internships and service.  To that end we have two Centers within the FSB.  The Fermanian Business & Economic Institute focuses on regional economic research and development as well as providing networking and internship opportunities for students.  The Center for International Development is continually searching for new ways of engaging students in implementing their motto of "Business to Serve the Least of These."  These programs provide unique opportunities to our students that are not available in many other universities.

So whether you are looking at our undergraduate programs, our MBA offerings or our certificate programs, I am confident you will like what you see as you examine The Fermanian School of Business.  We firmly believe that the world needs highly competent business people who are committed to living Christ-like lives of integrity and who believe that business, as in life, there is indeed "More than the Bottom Lime."  If you are interested in a fully accredited business school with these values, I encourage you to come and join us.

Please let me know if I can assist you in any way.
