Special Event Requests
Please utilize this form for the following types of requests: Reserved Parking, Room/Building Unlock, Security Presence, Traffic Control, and Other.
Requests for services related to qualified campus events must be submitted no later than 5 days prior to the event date. For more urgent requests, please email PublicSafety@pointloma.edu. If the event will require paid traffic controllers at the Lomaland intersection, requests for services must be submitted no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Qualified campus events include R25 events, university hosted events, and one-time events related to current academic courses. Requests may be submitted by members of the administration, faculty, and staff. Faculty and staff requests must be approved by the department head prior to submission. Not all requests will be granted. No more than 10 parking spaces may be reserved at a time and spaces cannot be reserved for current members of the faculty, staff, or student body.
