Room Selection
2013-2014 Room Selection
After the application closes on March 31, 2013 the housing office will process the applications and through the use of a lottery system, assign room selection dates and times for each roommate group. Students will be notified of their date and time the week of April 8-12.
Room selection will take place on the following days.
- April 15 - Senior/Senior
- April 16 - Individual Seniors
- April 17 - Senior/Junior
- April 19 - Junior/Junior
- April 23 - Junior/Sophomore
- April 22 - Individual Seniors
- April 25 - Sophomore/Sophomore
- April 26 - Individual Sophomores
At your room selection time, you will log into the student portal, just like you did when you filled out your housing application, and you will select your room online. If you need to change your roommate group, you will be able to do so at that time. When you select your room, you will be able to select a room in the residence hall that is appropriate for your cohort. See the table below:
- Failing to register for Fall 2013 classes by April 12, 2013 will adversely affect you and your potential roommates. Students who are not registered for at least 12 units for Fall 2013 will not be eligible to choose a room or be a part of a roommate group. If you have a hold on your account from Student Financial Services, the Wellness Center or the Records Office, please contact those offices directly.
