Handbook Overview (W)

Thank you for inquiring about facility use at Point Loma Nazarene University (PLNU).  This Handbook contains critical information that will help make your event pleasant and as trouble free as possible.  The Handbook also serves as a legal supplement to PLNU's Facilities and Services Agreement that you will sign should you decide to use the University's facilities. 

As you plan your event, please remember that PLNU is a university, and while Conference Services will accommodate you to the best of our ability, there are limitations to the resources that can be provided. 

Guest Use (W)

Certain University facilities are available to non-profit organizations on a day-to-day basis throughout the year provided their activities conform to the provisions in this Handbook and provided space is available.  Lodging for residential conferences and camps is typically available the first week of June through mid-July.

PLNU students, staff and/or alumni as well as Nazarene church members may utilize facilities on a space-available basis throughout the year for personal functions provided they are able to provide proof of such affiliation.  No other personal use is allowed.


This handbook applies to all events scheduled through the PLNU Conference Services Office.
