Transfer Agreements

Point Loma Nazarene University has created transfer agreements with multiple colleges and universities to help students choose transferable General Education courses. The courses listed on the agreements are pre-approved* to transfer to PLNU.   If you have questions regarding these agreements, please contact the Records Office at 619-849-2941.

If we do not have a transfer agreement for your institution, please read our GE Transfer Guide.  This comprehensive guide will help you through the process of selecting transferable GE courses.  Please keep in mind, lower-division courses from a junior college will not transfer for upper-division (300-400 level) requirements at PLNU.

* If you are planning to take transfer courses while also enrolled in courses at PLNU, you must file a concurrent enrollment petition with the Records Office before signing up for any of  the classes listed on the agreements.
