Bach Collegium San Diego, PLNU’s Early Music Ensemble-in-Residence

Wednesday, January 5, 2011

The PLNU Music Department is pleased to announce the Bach Collegium San Diego, PLNU’s new “Early Music Ensemble-in-Residence.”

The PLNU Music Department is very excited to have musicians of the quality of those in BCSD willing to engage our students in exploring early music performance practice.  We believe strongly that an on-going relationship will open our students to educational experiences that even single master classes and workshops cannot provide.  In addition, concerts and clinics by BCSD and its personnel will give depth to early music experiences and study and for our music students and the general community.

This mutually beneficial relationship provides BCSD with an academic home and PLNU with access to world-class early music educational experiences and performances.
