Amy Vu, MSM, PA-C

Associate Professor, Director of Clinical Education

Professor Vu is a PLNU alumnus and an experienced healthcare professional with over 15 years of clinical, academic, and leadership experience. She is specialty boarded in Emergency Medicine, but has also worked in Family Medicine and Urgent Care settings. In addition, Professor Vu has a strong background and love for orthopedics stemming from many years serving as Head Athletic Trainer at Santa Fe Christian Schools, prior to entering her Masters Program. She has been involved in education and healthcare delivery at both private practices, large community hospitals, as well as academic institutions. She has also taught and advised Pre-med/Pre-PA students in the PLNU undergraduate setting for many years. Professor Vu is a member of the PLNU PA Program’s founding faculty, and the development of the program is due in no small part to her tireless effort, vision and commitment.
