In addition to his clinical work, Bateman supervises associate marriage and family therapists and leads workshops and presentations for clinicians, universities, churches, and community organizations on topics related to emotional health, relationships, and resilience. His professional interests include couples therapy, emotional regulation, relational repair after conflict, and the integration of faith and psychology. Bateman is also the host of the podcast Where Do We Grow From Here, where he explores themes of marriage, emotional maturity, and the daily practices that sustain strong relationships.
