In 2025, Professor Nicole Morales joined the Fermanian School of Business as an Adjunct Professor of Leadership. She has served PLNU for over a decade and currently leads campus-wide employee engagement and development efforts as the Director of Training and Development in Human Resources. Her previous roles include supporting graduate and accelerated students in Student Success from enrollment through graduation.
Professor Morales is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). She consults with government and corporate clients to build strengths-based teams, enhance leadership, and develop intercultural competence. Her work helps organizations align people with purpose by focusing on what individuals do best.
She brings experience from both nonprofit and for-profit sectors in California, Colorado, Mexico, and Guatemala. Professor Morales is passionate about servant leadership and believes the most effective leaders remain humble, curious, and committed to growth.
