The City Lot is located on Lomaland Drive across from the Campus Facilities building. This lot is maintained and enforced by the city of San Diego. Parking is prohibited between the hours of 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. During the daytime, there is a four-hour limit. Vehicles parked on PLNU property for the purpose of accessing coastal areas or public property may be towed at the owner’s expense.
