Registration

Registration is required for all conference attendees, including student presenters, faculty mentors, non-presenting students, and guests.

Who Should Register?

Student Presenters

Undergraduate students presenting original research through an oral or poster presentation.

Faculty Mentors

Faculty members attending the conference with and/or mentoring student researchers.

Non-Presenting Students

Students attending the conference who are not presenting research.

Conference Guests

Additional guests attending the conference.

*Includes one recruiting table in a highly visible location at the conference and access to all conference sessions. Continental breakfast, lunch, late afternoon snack, and printed conference agenda for up to two team members is also included.

Registration fees include conference materials, keynote session, poster and oral presentation sessions, and conference meals as applicable.
