Brewed Awakening Vendor Application

Tabling for the Not for Sale event will be indoors. We will have 8’ tables and two chairs available at each table. Organizations are responsible for their own decorations, including table cloths. Electrical outlets are available. Please indicate your logistical needs/wants below.

Information booths must be set up no later than 6pm. Booths will likely draw people during the evening's events. Information booths will line the foyer of Brown Chapel with easy access to and from the main event.

CONSENT

I/we, the undersigned, for and in consideration of permission and space to participate in PLNU’s Not For Sale Brewed Awakening event on October 18, 2012, agree to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend PLNU, its administration and employees from and against any and all claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, judgments, liability and expense, including attorneys fees and litigation expenses, in whole or in part arising out of, connected with, or in any way associated with my/our activities preparing for PLNU’s Not for Sale Brewed Awakening, participating in PLNU’s Not for Sale Brewed Awakening or traveling to or from PLNU’s Not for Sale Brewed Awakening.
