At PLNU, faculty and staff play a vital role in ensuring equal access and inclusion for students with disabilities. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), students with approved accommodations are legally entitled to receive them in your class. While a student may choose not to use their accommodations for a particular course, faculty are expected to implement all approved accommodations unless the student specifically communicates otherwise. The Educational Access Center (EAC) is here to partner with you by providing tools, guidance, and support as you implement accommodations and foster an accessible learning environment.
