The Office of the Registrar serves as the steward of the academic record and oversees many of the academic processes that support students from enrollment through degree completion. The office maintains the integrity of academic records, policies, and procedures while supporting registration, graduation, commencement, transfer credit, and related academic services. Official academic records and verifications are frequently required for employment, graduate and professional school admission, military benefits, insurance providers, credentialing, and other official purposes.

To ensure our team is fully equipped to serve you, our office occasionally closes during standard hours for staff training and meetings. Please call (619) 849-2289 for the Traditional Undergraduate team or (619) 563-2870 for the Graduate and Accelerated Undergraduate team before your visit to confirm we are open.
