Daniel Bothe, DBA

Associate Professor of Finance

Dr. Daniel Bothe joined the Fermanian School of Business (FSB) as a full-time associate professor of finance in 2009, where he currently teaches various finance courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He came to PLNU with approximately 20 years of management consulting and senior-level financial management experience. Specifically, he has served as the chief financial officer of several companies, has worked as a management consultant for Ernst & Young and Paloma Advisors, and has been an auditor at KPMG. Dr. Bothe served for nine years as the Dean of the FSB from 2014 to 2023, where he grew the FSB from 500 to over 900 students through a combination of internal growth and the addition of new programs. Dr. Bothe is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of California.
