Danielle Lauria, MPH, PA-C

Professor, Director of Didactic Education

Professor Lauria is an experienced healthcare professional and educator. She began her career as a Primary Care Physician Assistant twenty-five years ago, and has worked in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Dermatology. In addition, Professor Lauria has over fifteen years experience as an educator and academic leader. She has managed several allied health programs, developed course and program curriculum, and taught more than ten different courses. She obtained her Master in Public Health (MPH) with the goal of making a difference in the lives of patients, students, and the community. Professor Lauria is a native San Diegan who enjoys the beach and spending time with her two daughters.
