Registration

Registration is required for all conference attendees, including student presenters, faculty mentors, non-presenting students, and guests.

Registration Opens January 2, 2027

Who Should Register?

Student Presenters

Undergraduate students presenting original research through an oral or poster presentation.

Faculty Mentors

Faculty members attending the conference with and/or mentoring student researchers.

Non-Presenting Students

Students attending the conference who are not presenting research.

Conference Guests

Family members and friends attending the Conference.

*Includes one recruiting table in a highly visible location at the conference and access to all conference sessions. Continental breakfasts, lunches, late afternoon snacks, and printed conference agenda for up to two team members are also included.

The registration fee covers the cost of all printed conference materials, participation in the keynote, poster and oral presentation sessions, and all food and beverage services that are provided throughout the day.
