3. Twin XL Sheets
Most college dorm beds are Twin XL; five inches longer than a standard twin. Regular twin sheets won't fit properly (trust us, they really won’t), so be sure to shop specifically for Twin XL bedding before move-in day. Invest in at least two sets so you always have a clean option while the other’s in the wash. A mattress topper is also worth considering. A little extra cushion can go a long way toward a good night's rest!
