The Point Loma Nazarene University and the San Diego Padres state-of-the-art biomechanics lab is officially open!
Biomechanics is the study of human movement using the science of mechanics. The state-of-the-art biomechanics lab at PLNU was designed in partnership with the San Diego Padres to provide the 3D biomechanical tools aimed at improving athletic performance and minimizing the risk of injury.
