Luca Dal Pubel

Luca Dal Pubel joined the College of Extended Learning at Point Loma Nazarene University as an adjunct professor in May 2020. He came to PLNU with 10 years of experience as an instructor of Conflict Management, Conflict Resolution, Organizational Conflict, Mediation, Negotiation, and Leadership. He has worked as a mediator and facilitator for over 15 years helping businesses, consumers, and individuals managing and resolving conflicts. He has developed mediation, conflict resolution, and conflict management programs throughout Italy, Europe, and the United States of America and has participated in several academic programs in Mediation, Conflict Resolution, and Leadership in partnership with American and European Universities. Luca Dal Pubel is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Law at the Open University of Catalunya, Spain. He received his M.A. in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding at the California State University of Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) and his LL.B. and M.A. in Law at the University of Bologna, Italy. His research and teaching interests are in the areas of Leadership, Conflict Management, Mediation, Online Dispute Resolution, Access to Justice, and Digital Justice.
