Why Ministry with México?
For PLNU students, Ministry with México is an opportunity to step beyond the familiar and build meaningful relationships within the dynamic cross-cultural community shared by San Diego and Tijuana.
Throughout the academic year, students can participate in experiences ranging from recurring ministry trips to Border Pilgrimage, Spring Break Build, and other opportunities to learn and serve alongside communities and ministry partners in México. Each experience creates space to listen, learn, widen perspectives, and explore what it means to love God and neighbor across cultures.
More than a single trip or service project, Ministry with México is rooted in relationships. Through shared experiences, students are invited to see how God is already at work, grow in their understanding of their neighbors, and consider how faith can shape the way they serve and live in community with others.
