Print & Mail Services serves the students, staff, and faculty of PLNU as well as the surrounding community.
Services We Offer
Black and White Copies
Posters (up to 13x19)
Binding (perfect bind, wire, plastic, or tape)
NCR (multiple part forms)
USPS, UPS, and FedEx Shipping
Outgoing mail must be received by 2 p.m. for same day pickup.
Instructions for Student Mail
Please make sure everyone sending you mail has your full name (not nickname) and address, including your residence hall. We recommend you obtain a tracking number for any item of value.

The student's residence hall must be listed on all packages and letters:
- Finch Hall
- Flex (mailbox number required)
- Goodwin Hall
- Hendricks Hall
- Klassen Hall
- Nease Hall (room number required)
- Wiley Hall
- Young Hall
- Colony (mailbox number required; mailboxes are located on university campus)
Letters are delivered Monday through Friday to residence halls and mailboxes.
All packages received by mail services are entered into our system. Once entered, you will receive an email notification that you have a package. Please wait one hour after you receive an email from PLNU to go to Package Pickup to ask for your package.
You may pick up your package(s) at:
Cabrillo Annex (behind Cabrillo Hall)
Monday – Friday, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Closed on school holidays.
At move in please don't send anything to campus until 2 weeks prior to start of school.
