The Management and Leadership Club brings together PLNU students and local project, supply chain, consulting, and HR management professionals to prepare college students for various management professions.
Every day, headlines detail the impact management decisions have on the economy, society, employees, and customers. Whether it is a public works project going over budget or a supply chain delay causing disruption in consumer shopping, managers are the ones who must get the project or logistics back on track. With networking opportunities through lunch and learns, workshops, in-class executive presentations, and visits to local corporations, the Management and Leadership Club members get to meet the executives and learn how management and leadership make a difference in organizational performance.
