Complete your bachelor’s in leadership and ethics at Nazarene Bible College (NBC) and gain advanced standing in PLNU’s Master’s in Organizational Leadership program.
Graduates of NBC’s Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and Ethics can enter PLNU’s fully online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) program with advanced standing and a simplified admissions process. That means that PLNU will allow up to nine units of qualifying credit, which reduces the number of hours needed to complete the 36-unit MAOL degree*.
The MAOL is built to prepare those who feel called to greater levels of leadership in their nonprofits, corporations, or churches. The program will equip you to lead others with genuine confidence and balance. And because this online program is designed for working professionals, you’ll be able to put your developing skill set to work in your current role.

*Students must enroll at Point Loma Nazarene University within 10 years of their NBC graduation.
*Students must have a minimum cumulative undergraduate GPA of 3.0 and a minimum grade of B in each eligible course (BLE 4614, 4624, 4654, 4664, 4674, 4684). Courses under review cannot be more than 10 years old.
