Dr. Brower was elected the 14th President of Point Loma Nazarene University in 1997. He earned a Ph.D. in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication at the University of Kansas. Prior to his election at PLNU, Dr. Brower was president of a publishing company and held faculty and administrative positions at two universities. His teaching and administration provides opportunities for educational consulting nationally and internationally. Dr. Brower is a Board member and Executive Committee member of the San Diego Economic Development Corporation and a director of the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, he serves on the General Board and the International Board of Education for the International Church of the Nazarene. He is a member of the President’s Cabinet.

Dr. Kerry Fulcher is provost and chief academic officer at PLNU, responsible for all undergraduate and graduate operations in the area of curriculum, instructional programs, educational policy, academic planning, academic resources, and accreditation. He is a member of the President’s Cabinet.

Dr. Jeff Bolster is Vice President for University Services at PLNU, responsible for Campus Facilities, Instructional Technology Services, Public Safety, Food Services, the bookstore and Auxiliary Services. He’s a member of the President’s Cabinet.

Mary Rearick Paul serves as vice president for spiritual development at PLNU. She leads and provides oversight for Spiritual Development programming serving the undergraduate population. This includes chaplain ministries, Chapel programming, discipleship ministries, international ministries, and community ministries. She also provides oversight for spiritual care programs offered to PLNU’s graduate programs. She is a member of the President’s Cabinet.
