Daniel L. Jenkins, Ph.D.

Dr. Daniel "Dan" Jenkins is the Program Director for the Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling program. He has been with PLNU for over 13 years, teaching at the undergraduate level prior to developing a graduate program to help grow and train future clinicians. His passion for mental health is evidenced by his extensive experience in the field, ranging from teaching at universities, facilitating faith-based groups, and meeting with a range of clients in private practice. Within the program, Dr.

Kelsy L. Richardson, Ph.D.

Dr. Kelsy Richardson is a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and an M.A. in Theology and Christian Ministry.  She is an alumna of Point Loma Nazarene University and has been back teaching for PLNU since 2015.

Jennifer Konzen, Psy.D., LMFT

Dr. Konzen is the director of the Center for Sexuality in San Diego, CA. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist, a certified sex therapist through ABCST (American Board of Christian Sex Therapists), and a certified chemical dependency counselor. She is also a nationally award-winning researcher, an international speaker, the author of The Art of Intimate Marriage and Redeemed Sexuality, and an adjunct professor at Alliant International University, San Diego and Bethel Seminary, San Diego.
