Beth Sullivan, OTD, OTR/L

Dr. Beth Sullivan has been a practicing occupational therapist for over 35 years. Her areas of clinical specializations focus on providing treatment for adults and older adults who have low vision, have sustained neurological damage, are unable to drive safely anymore, and/or are falling frequently due to age related changes. Dr. Sullivan has been a full-time faculty for the past 7 years teaching in both occupational therapy assistant (OTA) and graduate occupational therapy students (MSOT).

Joy Y. Balta MSc, MATLHE, PhD

Dr. Joy Balta completed his BSc in Zoology from the Lebanese University (Beirut, Lebanon) with honors. After which he was recruited by the Lebanese American University (LAU), School of Medicine to join a founding team as the Lab Technician in Anatomy & Microbiology where he developed his interest in Anatomical Sciences. After securing a faculty development grant from LAU, Dr. Balta completed an MSc in Human Anatomy from the University of Dundee (Scotland, United Kingdom). He then returned to LAU as an Instructor of Anatomical Sciences.

Bruce Mansfield

Dr. Bruce Mansfield is an associate professor of music and director of bands at Point Loma Nazarene University. He joined the PLNU faculty in 2022 following a 22 year career as a Navy Musician. As a Navy Bandmaster Lieutenant Commander Mansfield performed in over 40 countries throughout the world. His assignments have included: Navy Band Southwest San Diego, CA; Navy Band Northwest Silverdale, WA; U.S. Navy Band Washington, D.C.; U.S. Naval Academy Band Annapolis, MD; and Commander Naval Forces Europe/Allied Forces Band Naples, Italy.
