Christian Mission and Intercultural Ministries, minor

Program Overview

The Internet, increased accessibility to technology, globalization, and the mass migration of war refugees is drawing cultures closer together than ever before. Do different cultures and people groups fascinate you? If you want to learn to communicate cross-culturally, either for ministry purposes or any other calling, pursuing a Christian mission and intercultural ministries minor will prepare you to reach a multicultural global society.

A minor in Christian mission and intercultural ministries can complement a wide variety of other majors through an expanded understanding of world cultures. The practical experience, knowledge, and skills you acquire in cross-cultural ministry will prepare you for graduate school or a variety of career choices. Whether your dreams lie in missions, inner-city ministry, business, law, education, science, or anywhere else, these foundational skills and this specialization will make you stand out in your field of choice.
