Worship Arts, minor

Program Overview

Do you lose all track of time in the midst of worship? Do you have a desire to lead others into worship through music or the arts? If so, then the worship arts minor was created for you.

As a PLNU worship arts minor, you will examine the theology of worship and gain a better understanding of the church, as well as receive practical equipping on leading worship through music and an incorporation of visual and graphic arts. This minor is particularly popular with students pursuing a call to ministry, but it also serves students from any other major who are looking to incorporate worship into their major or lifestyle. The communication, teamwork, and organizational skills you will develop will benefit you whether you are leading a congregation, a nonprofit agency, or team of designers. And the discipline you will acquire will prepare you to be a lifelong worshipper, continuously seeking God wherever life takes you.
