Joe LaLuzerne is Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer at PLNU, responsible for all aspects of financial management for the university and the university foundation.  Operational responsibilities include oversight of finance and accounting, human resources, enterprise risk management, student financial services, and institutional research.

Dr. José Manjarrés received his BS in Mathematics and BE in Electronic Engineering from Universidad del Norte, Colombia, in 2014. He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad del Norte in 2020. He worked as a visiting scholar at the Intelligent Interactive Internet of Things Lab at Duke University in North Carolina for a year. Then he taught at Olivet Nazarene University for three years. Dr. Manjarrés came to Point Loma Nazarene University in 2023.
